Honorable Director General of ILO
Geneva, Switzerland
Sir
Now that International Labor Organization is in session and its agama includes key issues concerning working population especially in less developed countries, I would like to draw your attention to A letter by the Board of Directors of the Syndicate of Tehran Bus Company workers to ILO. In that the Board has informed ILO that the group sent as its representative by the Islamic Republic has no right to such claimed. In fact one of the so-called representatives has been a ring leader in attacking the bus company workers.
I would also kike to point out that the leader of the Syndicate, Mr. Mansard Osanlu, is still in prison, after being tortured. A part of his tongue has been cu, and all efforts by his family and friends have failed to secure his release.
We all hope that ILO pay due attention to the fate of Tehran’s Bus Company Workers who have been persecuted for a just strike in protest to unbearable working condition.
Respectfully your’s
Foad Pashaie
