Dear Prime Minister,
On behalf of the CPI and the freedom loving people of Iran, I would like to express our deepest sorrow for the horrendous act of terrorism that took place in London on 7th July. Our thoughts are with the victims and their loved ones at these dreadful moments. We sympathize wholeheartedly with those who have had to go through this barbaric act, as we too have been victims of the terrorism brought by the radical Islamic fundamentalists and our people have had to face the consequences of such inhumanity for 26 years.
Throughout all these years of brutality upon the people of Iran by the Islamic regime, we have constantly warned that although directly affected, the Iranian people are not the only victims of this evil power and that the problem should be viewed at a larger scale as these radical believers have a global mission in the long term. As I am sure you are well aware, the Iranian regime is directly involved in funding international terrorism and in promoting the evil mentality that they wish to impose in the name of religion.
We sincerely hope that the world will stand united against international terrorism and that the root of the problem is acknowledged and attended to once and for all.
Please accept our condolences and be assured that the true Iranians seek global peace and a happy co-existence with other nations and we shall not hesitate to support and assist in bringing peace and justice where and when ever necessary.
Yours faithfully,
Foad Pashaei
Secretary General
The Constitutionalist party of Iran
