Dear Sir David Manning,
On behalf of the Constitutionalist Party of Iran, I would like to extend our solidarity with the British people and extend our heart-felt condolences to the families of the victims of yesterday’s barbaric act of terrorism.
We are certain that these acts of terrorism as Prime Minister Blair stated, will not weaken the British people’s determination and resolve in confronting international terrorism and those who support and encourage such acts.
Members of the Constitutionalist Party of Iran along with the rest of the Iranian people have been the victims of a terrorist regime with a radical Islamic ideology for the past twenty-six years. We fully understand and share your pain.
Once again, Your Excellency, please accept our most sincere condolences and relay our message of solidarity to the families of the innocent victims of this barbaric act.
