Having considered the report made by the special commission, consisting of Dr. Hossein Yazdi, Mr. Bahman Amirhosseini and Mr. Amin Makooe, concerning Mr. Nasser Jahangiri, chairman of the Düsseldorf branch of the Party, and actions undertaken by him during the last four years which lead to the necessity of forming such commission, members of the CPI Central Council, at a meeting on 14 January 2007 unanimously voted to dismiss him from the Party, in accordance of the interests of the CPI and its members; therefore Mr. Nasser Jahangiri will no longer have any connections with this Party.
We would like to remind all members that they must strongly refrain from passing on any information about the party’s activities and CPI members to Mr. Nasser Jahangiri.
